I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina (#2385) and Minnesota (#2946) who primarily works with individuals while incorporating my family systems training. As a specialist in EMDR, I see my role as that of an assistant navigator on concerns related to trauma (in all forms), grief and loss, mood disorders, women’s issues, relationship problems, adjustment/life transitions, and post-partum support.
